Tim Schnabel

Tim is the founder and President of Integrated Lawn and Tree Care. Tim began the business one week after 9/11/01 realizing life was too precious and short to live one's professional life handcuffed and bound by the corporate world. He literally set foot going from door to door listening to what homeowners wanted out of a lawn care company and how he could improve on the "big national companies" approaches. The company has grown an average of 40% per season since by operating on old fashioned principals of integrity, reliability, and customer focus. Tim was proud to have made his most experienced and decorated team member, Jon Rick a partner in 2007 to help continue the company on the path to excellence. Tim received his B.S. from Texas A&M University in 1994 and has over 13 years experience in lawn and tree health care and plant science. He is a licensed, qualified supervisor through the Colorado and Texas Department of Agriculture and Certified in Turfgrass Ecology and Management by Texas A&M University.

Jon Rick

Jon Rick is our Vice President of Operations and part owner. He has been with Integrated Lawn and Tree Care since Spring 2004. He started out as a part time aerator while attending college at UCCS. He was promoted to Production Manager in Fall 2005, General Manager in Fall 2007 which is the same year he became part-owner, and Vice President of Operations in 2008. He graduated with a degree in Business Finance from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. Born and raised in North Dakota, he started his career early working on large scale commercial projects for Dakota Fence, the largest specialty contractor in the Upper-Midwest, before moving to Colorado.

Jon enjoys golf, hunting, skiing, traveling, and enjoying the beautiful outdoors of Colorado in his spare time.

Joni Milton

Joni Milton is our Office Manager, with responsibilities that cover customer service, billing and receivables, accounts payable and marketing. She’s been with us for three seasons, starting in Spring 2006. Joni moved here from the Southeast and has a commercial banking background, having worked in commercial account management for a major southeast bank for 13 years and 5 years for an international bank prior to that.

Joni enjoys pleasure riding and raising horses as well as spending time outdoors with her three dogs.

Ryan Malloy

Ryan Malloy is our Production Supervisor, handling all of our training, quality control, and technician management. He graduated from Pine Creek High School in 2005 and has worked for us since 2004. Ryan has run his own Landscaping, Irrigation, and Maintenance Company and grew up working in a family landscaping business. Ryan has grown immensely since he started and continues to be an invaluable member of our team.

Ryan enjoys snow boarding, motocross, camping, and working on cars in his spare time.
